Kolab Server 3.0 series
Kolab 3.0 will be the next major release of the Kolab Groupware solution. It is currently in the planning and design phase.Kolab Server 2.3 series
2.3.0 was released April 15th, 2011. It features Z-Push for synchronization with mobile devices, a reworked Kolab Webadmin and significant improvements in the directory service.2.3.1 was released May 9th, 2011. It introduces a new Z-Push configuration interface for the Kolab Webadmin.
2.3.2 was released June 3rd, 2011. It contains important bugfixes and improvements mainly in the FreeBusy stack.
2.3.3 was released September 14th, 2011.
2.3.4 was released October 5th, 2011.
Kolab Systems AG is currently testing and certifying native packages for Debian GNU/Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS and Fedora.
Kolab Server 2.2 series
2.2.0 was released in July 2008.2.2.1 was published on April 8th, 2009. Improvements include the SyncML improvements to the Kolab Webclient, code cleanup and eliminating defects.
2.2.2 was published on May 15th, 2009. It contains some bugfixes and small improvements.
2.2.3 was published on December 23rd, 2009. It contains important bugfixes and improvements.
2.2.4 was published on July 1st, 2010. It contains security updates, important bugfixes and improvements.

Kontact for GNU/Linux
Enterprise5
This series is in beta and is the newest version of Kontact which based on KDE4 and Akonadi. Production readiness will follow after the next development phase.Enterprise4
This series is in beta state and is no longer in development. The client is based on KDE4 technology, but without Akonadi. There were published several minor releases.Enterprise35
This series is production ready and in maintenance mode. It contains a large number of improvements over Proko2. Currently intermediate releases happen very few weeks to address issues, over 2009/2010 a number of new featues have also be introduced by customer demand. Packagers have already picked this up; this is used widely on production. It is good to use even on KDE4 Desktops if a rock solid business-ready client is required.Proko2
This series is old stable and is no longer in development. Maintenance was phased out end of 2009. Kolab customers all have moved to the newer version enterpise35.Kontact for Windows
The first beta versions of enterprise4 for Windows were published between December 2008 and mid 2009.
The current version for Windows is enterprise5 which was developed based on the modern KDE4 Akonadi backend. Since 2011 Windows enterprise5 releases are build periodically. See Kolab-Wiki for more information.
Kontact for Mac OS X
The first beta version of enterprise4 for Mac OS X was published in December 2008.
Kontact for Mac OS X is currently in beta quality and can build with MacPorts. See Kolab-Wiki for more information.
