CRON quota unable to authenticate to Cyrus

There is an installation here where I have the following 
error message in the log:

kolabquotawarn: fatal: Unable to authenticate with Cyrus admin
interface, Error = `'

The empty error message is strange.
Should we not also output the admin id that is tried?
