doc3: Corrected the image olfreebusysetup.png to match the text, by
	using a pixel editor. Fixed two wordings in the same paragraph.
olfreebusysetup.png: replaced %SERVER% with the real server address,
	we switched to always asking my own server a while ago as
	standard configuration. Also removed the grayed out publishing
	URL, which could be confusing, even when grayed out.

Reworked the section about importing x509 certificates:
	+ Made is a real section with an entry in the table of contents,
	  fixed the hyperlinks while doing so.
	+ Expanded the section to explain that the full trust path
	  need to be imported
	+ Expanded to explain that certificates from each server should be in.
	+ Added hint that Kolab Server comes with a mini-ca, but many people
	  buy from providers.

Corrected a bug in section 6 working with groups:
It is important to make a POP account and then map a new pst.
Before it said IMAP and did not mention the new pst.

Made hint about the certificate for https freebusy more explicit.
Added hint for freebusy to use the fully qualified name of the server.

Correct freebusy download URL for Outlook

added example Freebusy search URL for OL to make it clear as reported by Henning Holtschneider on the kolab-devel list

added - replaced the triggering section with the Kolab Free Busy generation section - issue 677

Corrected a bug:
	The ldap search base must correspond to the email domain, not the
	name of the server.
	Also added a hint to clarify that those two can be different,
	as the current screenshots only have the sitation where they are equal.

Tried to correct the trigger pfb url and also the search url.

Minor corrections and improvements:
	- used "proprietary" instead of commercial for outlook and toltec
	(Kolab is also commercial, but Free Software.)
	- because uid and primary email address shall work as logins
	for apache, I changed the hint to only log into the webadmin to confirm.
	- added hint to send a test message after email account configuration
	- added hint that fb will not be perfect
	- added information that Toltec Version 2 speaks Kolab2 XML format
	- corrected some up/lower case issues
	- Removed outdated links to kroupware and Kolab1 related pages
	      	Instead link to www.kolab.org.
	     Updated link to intevation.net

finished doc3 for now - added the notes about UID/User name and some misc comments for the sharing folders example

OL freebusy configuration changed screenshot - changed search location URL - added Note about triggering

Merged in some changes by our customer that have been done to 1.15.
Corrected: Freebusy URL ends on .ifb now.

doc3 - misc updating address book configuration and search information - not done yet

doc2 misc changes text and layout - doc3 OL configuration - added notes concerning UID / email addresses - more detailed config explanation - better layouting - not done yet

Corrected some bad bugs:
	- Toltec still uses POP for receiving emails
	- LDAP does not work over SSL
	- UID can be use as User Name
	- Can use the same settings than the incoming server for outgoing
	- Because of TLS the port 25 can be used for outgoing.
