Kontact configuration 2.d)2) Free/Busy Lists: Better phrasing when Free/Busy Lists are generated on the server.

Added hints that this documentation originally is for Proko2 branch (client)
and Kolab Server (2.0) and release notes should be paid attention to.

Reworked the KOrganizer manual settings.
	* inserted two subsubsections: a) General Options b) Free/Busy Lists
	  (tried some cleanup in the surrounding table of contents entries.)
	* Free/Busy subsubsection:
	Mainly added a better description of the Server URL options
	and tried to make this section more consistent.

Reworked the Kontact section a bit:
	* Software Installation: Removed the details of how to build
	  KDE and Kontact in favour for more general remarks that there
	  are two ways to install: per package or from SVN source.
	* fixed hyperlinks towards the KOrganizer and KAddressbook sections
	* added a "(manual settings)" to the appropriate subconfiguration
	  settings to make it more consistent.
	* Removed superflous "c) update" in the table of contents.

doc2.sxw: Typo fixed: Maintainers

Reduced usage of "proko2":

        Changed title to "Kolab2 Server and KDE Client Configuration"
        Added Rev. CVS line that still reflects the internal doc2 naming.
        Made first sentence more clear: This is for groupware in Kolab.

Added hint to check setting after running Kolabwizard.

Added freebusyconfiguration-publishtab.png to the fb configuration.
It shall demonstrate that "publishing" must be off!

Rewrote the section about freebusy setup,
	to make sure to not use publication with Kolab 2 Servers.
